Ive had low back pain for 2 years. i took x rays but i never got results back. i went to the emergency room last night, but they said i had a uti, which had only started a couple days ago. does that mean ive had a uti for two years ?

Not at all: Back pain is NOT a common symptom in common UTI's! Back pain generally mean KIDNEY involvement and THAT presents with HIGH FEVER, SHAKING CHILLS and maybe some back pain. Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
