Burning bladder pain: My be a vaginitis as the vaginia is near the urethera and there is change during a period, or may be a UTI that does change with the period, you could get a U/A and see if there is bacteria and if anything grows ( may be strep) when this happens next time , or endometriosis or be interstitial cystitis f/u w/ doc
