Hi guys i was wondering what should i do with a uti because i seem to get them a lot and my last uti was two weeks ago and now its back. so what should i do i feel like not drinking and eating anything because i am afraid to go to the toilet?

Diagnosis: get a UA & Urine culture and if positive be treated for it. Have urologist chek you out for other causes.

Try to avoid UTIs: Drink lots of water will dilute both urine and help to eliminate germs. Avoid ot treat constipoation. Wear cotton underpants and avoid thongs. Shower rather bathe. Pull panties down to ankles & separate thighs when urinating and always empty bladder after sex. Cranberry may help prevent UTI by interfering with bacterial adherence to bladder wall. UTI should be treated with short course antibiotics
