Doctor can evaluate: Any gastric reflux, stomach flu, gall bladder, or food poisoning type of illness can have symptoms such as heartburn, nausea, bloating, vomiting, tummy pain, tummy cramps, etc... One person can have some or all of these symptoms. If symptoms are mild, they might go away in a day or two. Sometimes they can be severe or last a week or two, so a doctor's evaluation would be needed.
