Abdominal pain: Upper abdominal pain could be caused by the following: gallbladder or liver problem, pancreas, stomach (gastric or duodenal), kidney or even lower lung problem or colon. Do you associate the pain with eating? Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Sounds like it needs to be checked.
