For the last two days i have had quite bad diarrhoea and intense stomach cramps/pains that come at random times and lasts for about 5 seconds. even though the diarrhoea got slightly better the pains are persisting. any help please?

Abd pain diarrhea: Eat out recently? picnic where food was standing around ? May be camphylobacter or salmonella or other bacteria( E coli , staph is usually just 6-24 hours .Usually self limited, but while having diarrhea avoid preparing food for others sharing bedding/ towels /diapering/feeding babies. Keep hydrated drinking 2-3 liters water /gatorade . F/u with doc as occasionally need antibiotics
