Two weeks i have a pain in my stomach it pains when i eat and also without eating, also i feel dizzy sometimes ?

See your doctor: Sorry youu are having that problem. From these symptoms alone, it is impossible to pinpoint the cause of your pain. You could try a trial of antacids to see if it helps, but even if they help, you should see your doctor for a more definitive diagnosis. Good luck.

Stomach pain : My biggest concern here, without seeing and with information provided is that you have an actively bleeding ulcer. You may need urgent care right now. Although, this can be gastritis, problems with your pancreas, or less likely based on your age a heart problem. Dizziness is sometimes difficult to understand, it can be from bleeding( hence my concern), low blood sugar, ear or nerve problems.
