If my rheumatoid factor is 22.4 for my first test and then 2 months later its is a 14, should i still see a rheumatologist? the only symptoms im having is numbness /tingling in my feet and the neurologist has ruled out peripheral neuropathy. thanks

Rheumatoid factor: Is not specific for rheumatoid arthritis, and can be found in healthy individuals or other conditions such as some viral infections. I don't see a need to go to a rheumatologist, so long you don't have the symptoms. You may want to work with your doctor/neurologist for a cause for the tingling in your feet, other than peripheral neuropathy, best wishes
