Ive had 24/7 tingling in my feet for the past few months. ive had several mris, ms test, and emg for neuropathy. neurologist has run out of ideas. what is this and why cant anyone figure it out? what should be my next step?

Time for a second opinion, but would recommend seeking neurological help at a local medical school. You do have symptoms which may be due to a small fiber neuropathy, and a biopsy could confirm this. Alternatively, do not overlook vascular problems and a NIVA should be added if not already done.
