Take a class!: Take a class, or check online. Maybe your library has information on it that can help. Tai Chi will help your balance and do other great things. Sounds like a great idea. Just be careful, because of the numbness, that you don't fall & hurt yourself. Take it slow and steady and getting a good instructor is the best way, to benefit as quickly as possible. Ask friends, or your doc for best teacher.

Tai Chi: I learned Tai Chi by taking a class. Although someone might learn from You Tube- there would be no one to correct improper movements. The commraderie of the class can also be uplifting.
