Time to see doctor: Seeing one's primary care doctor or Ob-Gyn doctor can help decide what the problem is. Sometimes it is related to changes in hormone levels throughout each month. If needed, the doctor can refer to Radiology to do imaging studies of the breasts or refer to other specialists in breast problems. If there is a lump or lumps in a breast, they can be evaluated to make sure they are either ok or not ok.
