Good morning my breast has been painful itchy and sensitive for the past week. what does this mean? i got my period was 3 days i took a preg test at the doctors last week and the result was negative.

Infection?: HI SAhmad Although uncommon, breast tissue can become infected (bacteria get into milk ducts, then into tissue) and the combo of itch and pain in a specific area might mean that. Is it the nipple that's itchy/painful? Any skin changes? If so, be sure to see your PCP or Gynecologist. Good luck.
