Someone took decadron elixir 5 ml 3 times a day(for a week now) for tongue ulcer,however no improvement in pain or ulcer.what does this say about the ulcer?also when does decadron leave body completely after stopping?and does it need gradual stopping

Tongue ulcer: Consult an oral surgeon for proper diagnosis and treatment. Perhaps topical treatment with a medication suitable for oral use would be much more effective than oral decadron which is swallowed. In the meantime try bathing the tongue in maalox or apply glyoxide drops on the tongue. In my experience these can help.
