Have testing done: Educational psychologists have a variety of tests that screen for learning styles/disabilities as well as mental issues. Poor mental health can often impair ones ability to learn. It would be reasonable to seek clarification after you have a basic physical exam & tests to be sure no health issue is aggravating your problems.
