Can see Dr. or ER: A college-aged person with right shoulder and ribs pain, plus some difficulty breathing, without any good reason, can call her doctor or go to the ER to be checked for a heart or lung problem. That means not waiting at home. It could turn out to be a collapsed lung, a heart problem, a bone or muscle problem, or an acid reflux problem, but the as the saying goes, "Better safe than sorry."
