Blood for hsv1 test at 9w,12w,16w,19w and culture swab everything is negative it looks just like a cold sore anything else it could be? it blisters up leaks fluid crust .day two its gone? what else could it be ?

Oral herpes: Oral herpes outbreaks can't clear in only 2 days without anti-herpes treatment like acyclovir or valacyclovir; "day two it's gone" suggests something else. Maybe just a pimple or some sort of skin cyst? The HSV1 blood test isn't perfect and misses some infections, and culture also misses many cases; PCR (i.e. a DNA test) is better. All things considered, probably not herpes. See a dermatologist.
