Square gums: Unusual description. Is area immediately behind the last tooth in the arch? What is your age? When was your last dental exam/x-rays. Please seek examination by your General Dentist. Make sure to take along a list of all meds/OTC's/suplements as well as a detailed history of what's been happening in the "square" area. Your Dentist will diagnose and advise observation or treatment.
