Hi i have pain under knee can it be strep even if i dont have a sore throat?

Unlikely : Although it is possible to get post strep reactive arthritis after a strep throat infection, this usually occurs within 1-2 weeks after an active infection with at least some symptoms of sore throat, fever, headache, malaise. There are many causes of knee pain. A more thorough history & exam are needed.
