I have pain under my knee someone mentioned it can be strep but my throat is fine can it still be strep (the pain started without any strenuous activity)?

Unrelated : You may have had a sudden twist of your knee joint, then later you have this pain, no need for trauma or strenuous activity. Strep throat can cause arthritis as part of complications of rheumatic fever,that doesn't match your age or the case at hand. Rest your knee, use ice compresses, and elevation if you can, NSAIDS unless contraindicated, if no improvement or symptoms are severe,see your doctor
