I have a pimple between my breasts but it's not a normal pimple it's hard and painful and its growing you can actually hold that thing. and my breasts are very apart in nature, do i don't know if i should be worried or go to a doctor? please advise

Likely a cyst: These are often epidermal inclusion cysts or other similar skin defects. If it is growing & interfering with your life you should look into having it opened & removed. This is usually a simple office procedure.
