I have a white spot on the tip of each nipple, visible when nipples get hard. wondering what they were. they look like pimples with a white head. not pregnant or breastfeeding. no pain, no discharge? dr did a breast exam last week said all normal?

The only way to have this diagnosed is to be examined by a doctor. A dermatologist may be a good doctor to see to have this evaluated and then treated, if needed. So, see a dermatologist for an evaluation. Good luck!
