How can you tell if my spine is not aligned correctly?

Xray: Chiropractors will frequently say you are not "aligned" which has no medical basis.

The purpose : Of the many bones in your spine is to allow for some misalignment to make up for things like anatomical leg length abnormality, poor posture etc. It doesn't mean your spine is dysfunctional. If it doesn't hurt it's fine, no re-alignment is necessary. Your chiropractor refers to segmental motion abnormality in one of these planes, flexion/extension, rotation and side-bending. Again, don't worry.
