L should blade pain 4/12 months.now also severe r shoulder blade pain when moving neck.xray shows significant wear and tear in cspine&reduced space between vertibrae.doc hasn't really explained what is happening. any advice?

Pinched nerves: I recommend consulting an orthopedic specialist for evaluation, advice and treatment. An mri of your neck vertebrae may be recommended. Appropriate physical therapy and ?traction is important to avoid aggravating any neck, spine ,nerve roots, and spinal cord pathology. I'm not a fan of chiropractic manipulations of the neck. A soft neck collar,and anti-inflammatory medications are also helpful.

I had x ray on neck shoulder due to a lot of pain. They found two of my vertebrae have fused together not sure if this isover time or from birth.
On 6-30 went to doc with a very sore shoulder blade to neck, down the arm, I got a shot that helped for a bit. Now it only aches should I worry?
Can severe neck/shoulder/posture problems and pain cause facial/head neuralgia, vision disturbances and dizziness? Docs said migraine but it's been 3 weeks now?
Pain in left side of back of neck when sitting, radiating to head and shoulder, occasional tingling. Xray shows no bone issue, but pain can be severe.
