Notalgia paresthetic: This sounds like notalgia paresthetica, which is commonly seen with spinal disease, particularly in the cervical spine. Patients may also develop brachioradial pruritus, an itch along their upper arms and forearms. Treatment for this condition is not always entirely effective and consists of topical treatments like Lidocaine and capsaicin, as well as injections such as botox. See a derm.

New not so strong sk: Possibly, you had second degree burns and allowed to heal by itself.The regenerating skin may not be strong enough to withhold strong massage.But, there may be some other rrason.Ask your treating doctor.
