Notalgia paresthetic: This sounds like notalgia paresthetica, which is commonly seen with spinal disease, particularly in the cervical spine. Patients may also develop brachioradial pruritus, an itch along their upper arms and forearms. Treatment for this condition is not always entirely effective and consists of topical treatments like Lidocaine and capsaicin, as well as injections such as botox. See a derm.
