on 6-30 went to doc with a very sore shoulder blade to neck, down the arm, i got a shot that helped for a bit. now it only aches should i worry?

Radiating pain risk: Radiating pain shoulder blade to neck and then the arm suggests nerve pinching or inflammation (or worse) - get the neck evaluated.
