Pediatrician prescribed a cream which is mixed at pharmacy has locoid in it, my 4 months baby has a rash which is red it was around the body but its not getting better and now its start spreading to arms and legs ?

Hard to comment: Rashes at 4 mo can be from a variety of triggers. Without seeing the rash or having a detailed description it is hard to speculate about cause or whether the treatment is appropriate. If it is not improving have the baby re-examined so any needed changes can be made.
