For as long as i can remember i have always suffered from throbbing wrist pain that gets worse during summer nights. my mom had wrist surgery at some stage so not sure id related. what could it be?

Wrist pain: Paint in your wrist that worsens at night would be suspicious for carpal tunnel. Wrist pain can be related to tendintis, arthritis or some bone abnormality too.
