A member asked:

What do i do if topical steroids, famotidine, and hydroxyzine are not helping with my dishydrosis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Dermatologist helps: Dyshidrotic eczema is a very itchy rash of little bumps on the fingers or hands, and may occur on the feet. The bumps may have some fluid inside, but don't break open (unless one scratches harshly) like chicken pox or herpes sores. Dyshidrosis is usually treated with prescription cortisone cream for 1-2 weeks, but a Dermatologist has other options such as non-steroid topicals to try.
