Hello i would like to ask my daughter is 4 turning 5 in december, for the past few weeks she has been peeing on herself during the day at and at home during the night could she be suffering from a bladder infection ?

UTI is possible: This sort of change in a child your daughter's age -- assuming that previously she had normal urine control -- often is due to urinary tract infection (UTI).
