A member asked:

Im insuline resistant and ive not been using medicine for it for more than 2 years... im currently on a diet and gyming but my weight loss is very slow... can it be caused by me not using my medication?

Maybe. Maybe not.: Dr. can recheck. One should choose an exercise one really enjoys. Any exercise burns calories, so if she does not eat or drink more calories than she is using during her exercise, then her body will burn up fat as fuel. However, if a person drinks a large orange juice (about 300 calories) while exercising, and exercises away only 200 calories, she will still gain weight even though she exercises.
