Im am a 32 old and after seeing a dietician, i had found out that metabolic age is the age on a 49 year old, does this mean i am insulin resistant, she did mention that could be the course and the reason why i am not not loosing weight ?

Need evidence : In order to know if you are resistant to insulin, they need to do a test for it called insulin sensitivity test, that allows to calculate something called HOMA index, with this result we can know for sure that you have insulin resistance, also there are many causes that difficult weight loss, like alterations on ovary or thyroid gland, but they are accompanied by other symptoms.
