ACIP recommends 28 d: No cases of congenital rubella syndrome (CRS) have been identified among infants born to women who were inadvertentaly vaccinated with MMR within 3 months or early in pregnancy. Based upon this finding, the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) changed the recommendation for waiting to become pregnant after MMR from 3 months to 28 days. This may even be overly cautious.

MMR and pregnancy: The Center for Disease Control (CDC) and ACIP (those are the people in the USA who discuss vaccine safety issues) recommend a waiting period of 4 weeks after the MMR before conception. You are already well past that. I don't know where you heard 3 months, but a four week wait time is enough. Don't worry, and enjoy creating that new life. Congratulations in advance!
