Go another route: If your CPAP is helping as much as it could or should, perhaps you need to try a different device. But sometimes people who don't benefit from an oral applianCE or a CPAP machine...you can discuss the possibility of surgery to slide your lower jaw back and open your airway more. Sounds a little radical but...it works. Talk to your MD or consult an oral surgeon who works with sleep apnea.
