Case by Case: MMA surgery is VERY effective in certain situations. Many patients who can not tolerate or dislike CPAP can PERMANENTLY be cured and not need CPAP. Ask you sleep doc for a referral to a board certified oral & maxillofacial surgery to discuss this option.
