Unlikely...but: These are often symptom free growths that nicotine is unlikely to alter. What nicotine will do to a late teen/early 20's brain is peak it's addictive qualities not seen in older patients. If you are truly interested in a better quality of life you will avoid the nicotine trap altogether.
