Hepatitis B: This is not a numerical test, just positive/negative. If a test for HBsAg (hepatitis B surface antigen) is positive, that person is infected with the hepatitis B virus. If you had a test that has given a numerical result, the report will indicate whether the number is high enough to count as positive. If you remain uncertain about your result, ask the doctor, clinic or lab where the test was done.
