Previous 1mm high grade dcis, excision and r'therapy. recalled after mammo, had u'sound & biopsy. doc said suspected cyst, why need for biopsy, can u'sound not tell the difference btw cancer and cyst?

Usg: Ultrasound is not exact. I light of a previous abnormal, I would opt for a stereotactic biopsy bc depending on pathology what next steps are
