Prob no STD, but....: Oral-vaginal sex is low risk for all STDs. HPV of the throat never causes symptoms. Gonorrhea can, but rarely; over 90% of cases have no symptoms. Chlamydia isn't known to cause symptoms. New oral herpes causes much more severe pain and sores. Probably a standard virus or allergy, but since you might be at risk for STD, have a throat swab test for gonorrhea & chlamydia. Better safe than sorry!
