One of my nostrils is very sore to the touch and feels really blocked, its been like this for a week, looked inside thought i saw some little white spots. ive blown my nose a lot recently so could it be that, or more serious?

Nostril sore: Doubt it's anything serious over 7 days. I have had the same. It's kind of like oral aphthous ulcers - lasts 14-21 days then disappears. Many think it's cause by virus. Not dangerous, just annoying.
