Ulcer: For a sore that is not healing,you need to see a dermatologist. It could be because the sure is being picked at or related to other causes that would need treatment.

Left nostril was cauterized four months ago, successfully stopped the spot from blood drip. It still feels sore in there and looks inflamed. I use a saline solution 3-4 times a day to keep it moist and Afrin if a bit of blood. Is this normal?
