Test proven ?: The flu can be deadly to small infants but it can also be so mild nothing of importance happens. If hospitalized for basic needs an antiviral may be used if started in the first 48hrs of symptoms. Otherwise care is mainly supportive based on assuring fluid needs & nutrition. Any breathing issues are worrisome & deserve close monitoring.
