Avoid triggers: Avoiding the common triggers of an allergic reaction, including dust, mold, pet dander and pollen may reduce symptoms. Nasal saline rinses, Flonase nasal spray and an antihistamine may be used in combination depending on the severity of the reaction and symptoms. Please follow up with an Allergist. If there is a fever, she may have a sinus infection and should be further evaluated.
