Nearly conclusive: These results are nearly 100% conclusive -- almost certainly you do not have HIV. For 100% certainty, have another antigen-antibody (4th generation) blood test at 6 weeks. Stay relaxed in the meantime: it is exceedingly unlikely that result will be positive.
