Took an hiv rna test at 14 days and came back negative also 2 4th generation hiv test at 22 and 28 days both negatives should i keep testing or am i hiv free?

This combination of results is conclusive; you don't have HIV. However, many experts nevertheless advise a final AgAb (4th gen) blood test at 6 weeks. Scientifically it really isn't necessary, but it would avoid possible repeated reminders, depending on your doctor. (No problem of course if you've been determining your own testing.)
