I had a blood exposure in April 2021. I took a 4th gen HIV test in July, August, September and October. I also took a HIV RNA by PCR test in October. All were negative. Are these considered conclusive or should I retest? I tested neg for HCV too?

Wanted to have my ducks in a row for my negative results: HIV 4th generation test (14 weeks), HCV RNA (9 weeks) HCV AB (14 weeks), Syphilis Rpr & AB (14 weeks), Hep surface antigen (12 weeks, positive antibody). All conclusive at this point?
Hospitalized for 3 days after bilirubin elevation 4 days post-exposure. 6 negative 4th gen combo tests last test after 9 weeks, negative ,hiv HBsAg and HCV. Worried meds/vaccines during hospitalization affected results. Need more tests for certainty?
