Avoid night activity: Babies more than 3 months old can usually be trained to sleep through the night. Younger babies might go 6 hours before feeding, but the older babies should be fine until breakfast time the next morning. Do the same relaxing bedtime routine each evening. Generally, a parent puts her baby or toddler to bed, says goodnight, walks away, and stays FAR AWAY until morning. Works for 2 year-olds too.

You taught her to: Babies who learn to settle into sleep with the aid of a bottle will want that crutch again when they change sleep stages at night. No 2 yo should have a bottle (rots their teeth). Separate any night feed from bedtime by 1/2 hr. If she requests one during transition only give water in the night. This should stop within a month. Feeds at night reduce day feeding activity by removing the need.
