Bats come out at night, probably a butterfly. As long as the skin wasn't broken and blood was not present than no worry.

Although this was more likely a butterfly, can’t rule out a bat…and even if blood not drawn it is still a possibility. I would contact his own doctor to discuss especially consideration for rabies vaccination which may have to be done in the emergency room. There has been an increased in rabies cases lately in some areas of the country.
