Fever: I'm not overly worried.. The fact that he is playful is a reassuring sign. I certainly wouldn't wake him if he is sleeping comfortably, even if his temp does increase. If the fever persists or worsens over the next 48 hours, or if additional symptoms appear, i recommend consulting your doctor. Otherwise, we can observe.
