No risk, no worry: It takes much more intensive blood exposure than this to transmit HCV or any other blood borne virus. Even if the spot was HIV infected blood, just touching it is no risk. Don't worry about it. In some ways, public health and medical educators have done a poor job in educating people about blood risks, making people think that even minor contact is risky. That's almost never the case.
