Is it okay to have a cervical cerclage done as early as 9 to 10 weeks pregnant? i'm aware that it's normally done at 12 weeks.

Wait until 12 weeks: If a cervical cerclage is placed too soon in the first trimester and the pregnancy has a chromosomal incompatibility with life, then appropriate miscarriage cannot occur without complications.
